You can publish your book through lulu.com by uploading your pdf file. From there, the site makes the hard copy of the book available to anybody who wishes to purchase a hard copy. Lulu can also make your book available on Amazon’s marketplace. I hope this is helpful for you and everybody who wants to get their hands on a book from you.

The reason is the book is too big for self publishing, that is why I made the smaller books-they are available on my website.

This book is a large pdf file. It is loaded into a program which gives you a link and a timeout for downloads. If you need a new link, I will send it to you. I sent Ed his link. Any issues from back in June are complete on my end because I had the entire program redone which took me 3 weeks with the owner to accomplish. Most people download instantly and have no issues.
For those who have a problem, I have discovered it is that they have enabled a virus program on their Adobe Reader and are not even aware there is such a thing or that this is blocking their download. Others have had success changing browsers. This means changing from Internet Explorer to Safari or Firefox. I have come across folks who are not savvy enough with their own computer to remove their firewall settings or change browsers and frequently they become very upset with me. I understand the sentiment.
I cannot be held responsible for browser issues, firewall problems, internet speed issues or available memory on your pc. I am happy to work with anyone and trouble shoot these issues where reasonable.
To solve this problem I am working on making these books available published in Book form.
